Architecture Alumni Association of BUET

About ARCAAB

This text establishes the Architecture Alumni Association of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) as a unified entity for graduates of the Department of Architecture. It grants the association perpetual existence and the authority to use a Common Seal, modify it as needed, and be legally recognized in courts. Additionally, it empowers the association to own personal property, acquire or lease land or real estate within Bangladesh, and engage in transactions related to these properties for the association's purposes.
